All REPTHIEVES apparel is made to order. Production begins after your order is placed to ensure premium quality.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

At this time, REPTHIEVES ships within Ontario, Canada only.

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days from the date your order is placed.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. REPTHIEVES is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it as quickly as possible.
