Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos showing the problem

We'll work directly with our production partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your claim is approved, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
